Carports
Carports are located on the West, North and East side of the building. Carports are available to rent for a nominal fee per month. Please contact the Property Manager for availability and details.
Conference Room
A conference room is available to all tenants on a first come first serve basis. The conference room is reserved through the 37000grandriver.com website (For Tenants). It is located in the lower level on the South side of the elevator lobby. It accommodates up to 35 people in different configurations. Please be considerate of other tenants and bring the conference room back to its original configuration. Also, we request that all garbage be removed, and tables are cleaned off. If there is an issue, please contact Management. The instructions for reservations can be found in the “Forms” section, “How to Reserve a Conference Room at 37000 Grand River”
Community Information
Do you have a question about our community? Our Management Office has information on local restaurants, special events, public transportation, etc. If we do not have what you are looking for, we will try to locate it for you.
Fitness Facility
A fitness facility, complete with lockers and showers are available to tenants. This facility has fitness equipment to suit most tenant needs. In the event you discover a piece of equipment not operating properly, please notify the Management Office immediately. Please be considerate and wipe off all equipment after each use.
Notary
Thomas Duke Company Properties provide the services of an on-site notary to the tenants. Please contact the Management Office in advance to ensure availability.
